The IC-SDCI 2014 will be jointly sponsored by China Civil Engineering Society (CCES), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and organized by Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and will be held at its campus. The conference facilities include a conference hall and adjoining rooms for parallel sessions. All rooms have modern projection facilities, including simultaneous translation.

Lodging and accommodations are available on campus, including a limited number of deluxe qualities. Modern hotels are also available in the vicinity of the campus.
